As a Ford Powerstroke Diesel owner, I put the "D" in Diesel Tailgate. I also bring the Penn State travel trailer. My wife, Carolyn, helps out quite a bit behind the scenes. She bought me our camper. We bring 1 or 2 of our dogs, depending on the weather.Tailgate function: tailgating coordinator
- Organize and oversee the tailgate from planning stages, to execution and wrap up.
- Bought and restored a camper with my wife's help.
- Develop new accessories and flair for the tailgate (such as the truck mounted beer opener).
- Coordinate invitations and equipment for the tailgate.
- Write the tailgating newsletter and maintain the webpage.
- Get everyone excited!
Graduated: 2002 Mechanical Engineering, Professional Engineer 2007.
Currently resides: Knoxville, TN
Works: Bechtel Power Corp on the Watts Bar Unit 2 construction completion project (AKA commercial nuclear power)
Formerly Electric Boat, overhauling nuclear submarines for the Navy.
Hobbies other than Tailgating: buying and restoring duplexes, boating, SCUBA diving, working on my truck, and skiing.
How I know everyone else: I've known Duck since 4th grade. Chad and I were RA's together at PSU Beaver. I met Jessi there too. Chris and Matt I met while working in CT.
I met Mad and Suz during DDT3.
I met Kevin through Matt, since he's his brother. Kevin was one of our drivers for DDT5.
